Q1: How does the mobileFOXX platform work?
1. The merchant places an offer notice on our mobileFOXX platform and we, the administrator, input it directly onto the App. The offer will appear on the App as soon as we approve it on our server.
2. Consumers who have already downloaded the App can see the merchant’s image/logo on the App. They can also search through categories or locations to see the available offers and click on the merchant’s image/logo to look for details.
3. By clicking onto the image of the campaign, consumers can check the address and location of the nearest merchant. All directions are clearly provided on the app.
4. Once consumers visit the outlet, press “redeem” and show the mobile coupon to the cashier/waiter, they can get the available discount/offer. The transaction is then recorded on the mobileFOXX server, which successfully registers a valid redemption. Invalid redemptions would not be counted.
Q2: How can users get the offer?
Simply download our app from the App Store for iPhone, Android Market for Android phones or directly from our website (http://www.mobilefoxx.com). Once you have downloaded the mobileFOXX App, you will have immediate access to all of the special offers.
Q3: How much does it cost?
The app is free to download for all users. Anyone can walk off with the App as long as he/she has a Smartphone in his or her pocket.
Q4: Which Smartphone model or operating system is able to run the App?
mobileFOXX works on most operating systems, such as Apple, Android, Windows Mobile and all Java mobiles with a GPS function.
Q5: What if users encounter a problem while downloading the App?

Q6: How can users redeem the offers/coupons/information?
Users can use their mobile phones to search for location via an integrated Google map or search by categories. Click on the coupon on the App, view the offer and respond by pressing the 'REDEEM' tab. Simply show the coupon (with date/time stamp, revolving logo and barcode) to the cashier and the transaction is completed.
Q7: Is the App available in China or other countries?
mobileFOXX is available in Hong Kong, Indonesia, Australia and in Europe (where it is known as Coupies) in Germany, France and Spain. However, our app is not yet available in China. But Chinese users can access available offers in Hong Kong. They can also redeem our offers when they travel abroad.
Q8: Can we use mobileFOXX in other countries?
mobileFOXX is a global-access application. When located overseas, users can still use the App to search for coupons in that area, if there are available offers. At the present time, mobileFOXX can be used in Hong Kong, Indonesia, Australia, Germany, France and Spain. We are adding countries on a regular basis so please check on our website for latest information.
Q9: What should I do if I couldn't find any offers from my favorite shops?
Send us the name and address of your favourite shops by email (info@mobilefoxx.com) and we'll approach them to be part of our mobile platform!
